Calcium Super!!! I selected the citrate form of calcium! I’ve given it to the whole family, including my 1.5-year-old baby who takes half a tablet. It’s saved me from leg cramps! Calcium citrate is well absorbed, whereas magnesium oxide isn’t. I ordered this complex for my leg health and recovery post-COVID. However, my legs continued to twist at night, disrupting my sleep. Upon adding magnesium citrate and then increasing the dose at night, the leg cramps nearly stopped immediately. I highly recommend this solution for others with similar issues, especially combined with vitamin B6.
